Today I start my walking simulator. This project is a project of Business and Portfolio classes.

I designed this game to be a person experience to meet me and see some experiences I had. How I said, the game genre is a walk simulator, and the player will pass by 4 (or 3, depends how time I can invest develop) life stages, baby, child, teenager and young. Each stages do specifics stuff in the game. The Baby can pass through small doors or above things. The child can climb walls and stairs. The Teenager open doors and the young carry or push things. The life stages are available after the player find special objects and he can switch stages when he wants (after that was available, of course).

My teacher gives some tasks to do and suggest a time to do that task:

  1. Make some description about the concept idea (Scenery/ambient) [30 minutes]
  2. Find some visual references [60 minutes]
  3. Make a sketch of ambience layout (blueprint) [60 minutes]
  4. List all needed objects in the scene [30 minutes]
  5. Refine ambient sketch, making some drafts perspectives or blocking in 3D [60 minutes]
  6. More research if is needed (Optional) [30 minutes]

Let's Do It:

1. Scenery Description

The scenery will be made with part of all houses I had lived. I lived in 4 houses with my parents... 5 if count 3 years I lived in my grandma house. The first I want to use the living room and the kitchen, the second I intend use my room, on the third I intend to use the TV room and. the fourth I intend use my room too. About my grandma house I intend use the home office.
